Born in Mexico City in 1964, she is an artist with a distinguished career in art direction for film and television in Mexico throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
In her series of works, Agueria explores the beauty and complexity of nature from multiple perspectives: the recyclable, the reusable, the perishable, and the
continuously regenerative.
Through the use of recycled materials, she demonstrates how what was once considered waste can be reborn into new forms, transforming into art. This invites viewers to reflect on the responsibility of caring for the environment.

En su serie de obras, Agueria explora la belleza y la complejidad de la naturaleza desde varias perspectivas: lo reciclable, lo reutilizable, lo perecedero y lo que se genera continuamente.
